Dr. Chaudhry Usman

Biography

With 14+ years in R&D, I specialize in advanced materials for energy and environmental applications, including multiphase flow, electrochemistry, polymer composites, corrosion, and nanomaterials. At TAMUQ, my current focus is on material fabrication and processing, specifically studying pore scale immiscible fluid physics and nanoparticle-stabilized CO2 foam. I utilize microfluidic devices for this research and am also investigating nanoparticle-stabilized foam flow in various channel geometries for enhanced oil recovery. My goal is to contribute novel techniques for the energy and environmental sectors.
